From the bookshelf; the front and back of my James Bond Pan book from 1966. This must have been published in advance of the film which I saw on the big screen as a kid in 1967. James Bond films were always a major event for my family and Maurice Binder's title sequence accompanied by John Barry and Nancy Sinatra's theme was such a thrill for me at the time that it left a lasting impression. Nick Setchfield at SFX has just written a piece about the 5th Bond film as the next instalment of his James Bond marathon here and if you like "What if?" scenarios, you might want to check out the alternative title track by Julie Rogers, on this link.
