Hendrix by Bruce Fleming

Bruce is the photographer I assisted for a while back in the early 80's. I've written a bit about him in a previous post relating to my sources of inspiration and photography in the 1960's. He had some great stories about his friendship with Jimi Hendrix and he has some great photographs from those times on his website here. His daughter Robin Fleming has written a book about him and his work as a photographer which spans six decades. The book is called Bruce Fleming: A Life Exposed and it features exclusive interviews and never-seen-before images. It also has a foreword by Eric Burdon of The Animals and contributions from Graham Nash of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and Mitch Mitchell of the Jimi Hendrix Experience.
