In 1988, I was asked to design a logo for the dummy issue of a comic called Blast! by a lovely American artist called Charlotte Skene Catling. She'd given the cover commission to a young Daniel Clowes, the creator of a comic called Lloyd Llewellyn. He was yet to make his mark big time, but you can see just how good he was even then. Excuse the logo, it was just a rough after all.
